Bylaw Update

The Bylaw Committee reviewed and updated the bylaws governing our association, and membership approved the updated bylaws at the July 2025 Annual Meeting.

Key changes are as follows:

• MEMBERSHIP: a ‘Friend’ member class has been added so that non-residents may join as non-voting members if they wish.

• VOTING: each member household is permitted a maximum of two votes (one per adult household member, up to two)

• DUES:

  • Effective in 2026, our membership year will change from July 1 - June 30 to Jan 1 - Dec 31.

  • Annual dues will increase to $30. per household.
