NEW LOCATION: DRIVEWAY OF 225 LEETON DRIVE, ACROSS FROM KENNEY’S BEACH, 5 PM to SUNSET

Dear Members:

Earlier this week we received formal notice from the Town of Southold that the Association must have a special events permit to hold our Sundowner events in the town's parking lot. They will not be able to issue a permit this week in time for this Saturday's event.

Fortunately, in place of our parking lot venue, member Cindy Carroll has graciously invited us to gather in her driveway at 225 Leeton Drive, directly across the street from Kenney´s Beach. This event is exclusively for K/McCBCA members and their guests, and we ask that everyone respect Cindy´s home and not use her deck or bathroom.

We invite you to bring a beverage and an appetizer to share with neighbors and friends. Ice, soft drinks, plates and napkins will be provided by the association. As always, local parking rules apply. If event must be cancelled due to rain, we will notify membership via email and update our website by 4 PM Saturday. 

We will work with the town to better understand under what circumstances permits are required, and we will keep you updated regarding future events.  

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday evening for our third and last Sundown Gathering of 2026!  This event is exclusively for K/McCBCA members and their guests.
