2025 Association Bylaws - updated

The bylaw committee has updated the Bylaws governing our association. Membership will vote to approve the new Bylaws at the Annual Meeting Saturday, July 12.

Key changes are as follows:

  • MEMBERSHIP: a ‘Friend’ member class has been added so that non-residents may join as non-voting members if they wish.

  • VOTING: each member household is permitted a maximum of two votes (one per adult household member, up to two)

  • DUES:

    • Effective in 2026, our membership year will change from July 1 - June 30 to Jan 1 - Dec 31.

    • Annual dues will increase to $30. per household.
